Boccasile artwork on a postcard illustrating Mussolini quote from 13 June, 1937. May refer to Spanish Civil War--given the date--but appears to refer to the state in Russia and illustrates what the Russian army does to its own citizenry.

I can only read some words in Italian but the card speeks of Russia and his problems:
*Supercapitalism *social chaos *infinitive misery *outrageuos crimes
Note "Il popolo d'Italia" left bottom

A rough translation of the text: "This is the Russia that we see sinking in the abyss of its absurd utopia, of its supercapitalistic social chaos, its infinite misery, and its atrocious crimes."
I'm still curious about the date--was June 13, 1937, or thereabouts, a significant date in the Spanish Civil War?
And "ACTA"--was this a government artists' group?
